Timber Frame plans for a 28x32

These timber frame shop drawings are for a ~1400 sqft home. The project is ambitious for a new timber framer, but manageable as the timber joinery in not complex and uses common timber frame connections. This building is made with mortice and tenon traditional timber frame joinery using square rule layout. This drawing set comes as a PDF and will print to scale on 8.5 x 11. The drawing set includes a lumber list, a perspective, bent views, a second floor plan and 31 piece drawings of individual pieces. There shop drawings also include details of the ridge, scarf joint and rafter tail.
